Haunted House Policy

JJ agrees to the following as terms of the conditions under which he will be permitted to participate in the production of the Haunted House program to be promoted by Sexton High School staff during the 2011 Halloween season. These condtions include:

• completing and submitting for grading all assigned in school work, homework special projects and extra credit assignments
• Attending all classes everyday
• Providing his parrents with a progress resport every Friday from every class without being reminded to do this
• Making real progress towards his rank advancement providing a list of milestone goals with dates to accomplish as part of the plan he will also create
• Workout with his mother after she gets home from work 1 hour a day, 4 days a week. In addition, his mother agrees to implement the program and assume responsibility to conduct the workout program as an active participant
  
• Understands that he will be withdrawn from the Halloween production if his spontaneous sleep spells continue and this behavior presents a danger to his health and safety
